Street Car developments is launching its final phase of Riverside Square. This development is going up just West of Queen and Broadview in the Vibrant Queen East neighbourhood of Riverside.

Transportation:

Community:
 
Riverside is a neighborhood quickly on the rise. It is the playground for Leslieville residents and people working in the $2 Billion dollar a year film industry. It is full of restaurants, lounges and coffees shops which are all at your doorstep. Including the award winning Broadview Hotel which just opened earlier this year.

FACT - Did you know that Pinewood Studios has North America's largest, purpose-built soundstage. This soundstage attracts major Hollywood productions to film in Toronto including - Pacific Rim, Suicide Squad and the new Star Trek Series - Star Trek Discovery. Completion date is in 2021 - therefore your capital is tied up for a shorter period compared 2022 and 2023 in larger downtown projects. 
 
Scarcity

In the next decade there will be 484,000 more seniors and 207,000 more residents aged 35 to 44, who need family-friendly housing.
